Our American Red Ale is smooth and easy drinking. A medium-light bodied ale with a deep red hue. If you make a beverage out of anything else but grapes, it is illegal, again in France, to call it wine. I dunno if it's possible, but I think I'm gonna try bananas next. There is just enough sugar left in the juice to produce the perfect amount of fizz while the fermentation finishes in the cold with the cap tight.
